A round-up of all the weekend's action from the Sky Bet Championship

Sheffield Wednesday clinched the final Sky Bet Championship play-off place on Saturday with a 3-0 win over Cardiff.

The two sides went into Saturday's game at Hillsborough knowing one of them would fill sixth place, but Cardiff came up way short in their bid to keep the battle alive going into the final game of the season.

Gary Hooper's second-half double and Lee Peltier's own goal ensured a comfortable afternoon for Wednesday, who look like facing the loser of the automatic promotion battle.

Middlesbrough are top on 88 points with one game remaining, but could find themselves back down in third by Monday when Burnley take on QPR and Brighton face Derby.
