Fulham and Wolves have submitted bids for Derby striker Chris Martin, according to Sky sources.
Wolves had an offer of £5m turned down for Martin earlier in the window and have maintained their interest.
Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic, meanwhile, has identified Martin as a personal target and are set to lose out on another striker target in Asamoah Gyan, who is having a medical at Reading.
It is understood Derby are yet to give an official response to the two Championship rivals and are considering the offers.
Martin joined Derby In January 2013 on loan before joining the club permanently that summer on a free transfer. He has since scored 53 goals in 117 appearances.
Martin started his professional career at Norwich City where he made 102 appearances and scored 25 goals, and was loaned out several times.
His first loan was to Luton Town where he scored 11 times in 40 games, and in further spells with Crystal Palace and Swindon he managed eight goals in 28 games.
