Sunderland's Charis Mavrias joins Bundesliga side Fortuna Dusseldorf on loan

Sunderland midfielder Charis Mavrias has joined 2 Bundesliga side Fortuna Dusseldorf on loan for the rest of the season.
The 21-year-old joined the Black Cats in 2013 from Greek side Panathinaikos.
Mavrias made his Sunderland debut as a second-half substitute in a 4-2 Capital One Cup win over MK Dons in the same season.
He scored his only goal for the club in the FA Cup victory over Kidderminster Harriers at the Stadium of Light.
His only appearance for Sunderland this season was in the 3-1 FA Cup defeat at Arsenal on January 9.
