Kurt Zouma shares a joke with Paul Lambert over breakfast and says the new Stoke City manager is doing a 'top' job.
Sky Sports News went behind the scenes at Stoke's Clayton Wood training ground to see Lambert at work at his new club.
He told SSN one of the early changes he has made is insisting his players eat meals together and pay more attention to their team-mates than their mobile phones.
Stoke are currently in 17th place in the Premier League - just one point above the relegation zone - and Lambert is hoping the changes will help lift the side away from danger.
The 48-year-old has made a positive start at the club, securing a 2-0 win over Huddersfield in his first match in charge.
The Potters host Watford on Wednesday night before travelling to face Bournemouth on Saturday.
