Ronald de Boer believes twin brother Frank will attempt to introduce the playing philosophies of Ajax and Barcelona if he takes over at Crystal Palace.
De Boer, who has been out of work since he lost his job at Inter Milan in November last year, has been offered the Palace manager's job.
The 47-year-old comes with a glittering CV, having won five Eredivisie titles and the Champions League as a player with Ajax, before moving to Barcelona where he won a La Liga title.
De Boer also won the Dutch title four times while managing Ajax between 2010 and 2016 and would love the opportunity to manage in the Premier League, according to Ronald.
"Managing a Premier League team is a desire of every manager. It is the same for Frank," Ronald told Sky Sports News HQ.
"If it comes that far he will be very excited. He can't wait to start his first game in the Premier League."
When asked what Frank would bring to Crystal Palace, Ronald replied: "His way of thinking about football. We were brought up with the philosophy of Ajax and Barcelona so you can expect a similar style of ball possession but creative because football is entertainment of course.
"But it also has to combine with results. Of course, he knows that this is very important.
"You will see a team that is well organised and playing as a team."
