Crystal Palace are still in negotiations with Leicester City over Jeffrey Schlupp and hope to agree a fee soon, according to Sky sources.
Palace had a £9.5m bid rejected by the Foxes for Schlupp on Monday, but it is understood that the club are still pushing hard to acquire the Leicester winger.
Schlupp has appeared just nine times for Leicester in all competitions this season, starting just once in the league in the 3-0 defeat at Chelsea in October.
He has also not made a match-day squad for the past six league games.
Schlupp has earned 13 international caps for Ghana and featured 24 times for Leicester last season.
New Palace boss Sam Allardyce is keen to make the 24-year-old one of his first signings at Selhurst Park but it appears that Leicester will stick firmly to their asking price.
During the summer transfer window, West Brom had three bids rejected for Schlupp and Leicester are unwilling to accept bids deemed lower than their estimate.
Should a deal be reached for Schlupp, it is understood Leicester's main target would be Norwich's Republic of Ireland international Robbie Brady.
