Eddie Howe feels Bournemouth's losing start to the season is down to poor performances rather than poor attitudes

Eddie Howe says he has no concerns about the attitude of his Bournemouth players, following their four-game losing streak in the Premier League.

Howe's side have only scored once in their four defeats and sit 19th in the table.

The Bournemouth boss was highly critical of his team following their 3-0 defeat at Arsenal last weekend, but insists he has no concerns over the attitude within his group.

"I wouldn't question the attitude of the players," he told Sky Sports News. "I'd question their performances but never their attitude.

"When you work so closely with a group every day you see the trends and you see the attitude, the willingness to do well - that's all there.

"The players haven't lost that at all, we just haven't delivered on game day.

"I think one result will turn things for us very quickly."

Howe has enjoyed great success at Bournemouth, taking the club from League One to the Premier League in less than three seasons.

But he says there have been difficult times during that period, and he has learned from all of them.

"There have been plenty of other moments that have been equally difficult for me," he said.

"We came through a difficult period last season and came through it stronger. It's never been a straight line of success, there are always moments where you are tested and you ask questions of yourself.

"We've always done that and I back us to come through that again. You have to analyse how you work and I always analyse myself before I analyse the players."
