Ivory Coast midfielder Kouassi Eboue has arrived in Glasgow for talks over a move to runaway Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic.
The 19-year-old is currently with Russian side FC Krasnodar and has made 18 appearances this season for the team sitting fifth in the top flight.
A few details, including work-permit issues, have still to be agreed, with a fee in the region of £3m having been agreed.
If the deal were to go through, Eboue would become Brendan Rodgers' first signing of the January transfer window.
