Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths has been given a one-game ban by UEFA for provoking spectators at the end of last week's Champions League first leg match with Linfield.
Griffiths, who started in the 2-0 win in Belfast, was also booked for time-wasting during the game when he was targeted by a hail of objects, including a glass bottle, while preparing to take a corner kick.
His ban is for 'provoking spectators after the end of the match' - the striker having tied a Celtic scarf to one of the goalposts after the final whistle.
Linfield have also been told to close the lower sector of the south stand for their next UEFA game and fined almost £9,000 (€10,000) for the 'throwing of objects' and a 'pitch invasion'.
Celtic were also fined £4,000 (€4,500) for the improper conduct of the team having had five players booked in the game.
Brendan Rodgers' side eased into the third qualifying round, and a date with Rosenborg on 26 July, after completing a 6-0 aggregate win over the Northern Irish part-timers. Griffiths missed the second leg in Glasgow through injury.
The Scottish champions have also been sanctioned with three more disciplinary charges including the displaying of an alleged 'illicit banner' by fans during the second leg.
UEFA has fined Celtic 10 times in less than six years over fan-behaviour issues ranging from chanting to fireworks, crowd disturbances and other illicit banner charges.
