Kilmarnock have scooped an awards double after boss Steve Clarke and striker Kris Boyd were named Ladbrokes Manager and Player of the Month for December, respectively.
Former West Brom and Reading manager Clarke has taken Killie up to sixth in the Scottish Premiership table since arriving at Rugby Park in October.
The Ayrshire club won four matches and drew two last month, including a 5-1 thrashing of Partick and a 2-1 win over Rangers.
"If you take out the first 45 minutes against Ross County, when we were 2-0 down at half-time but did great to come back and get a point, [over] the rest of the month, the performance level and consistency level of the players was excellent," Clarke told Sky Sports News.
"After the winter break we have to hit the ground running again, find that level of performance and keep picking up points regularly.
"We know we are not going to win every week but as long as the performance level stays the same, we will be safe and competitive in the division."
Boyd was a key figure during their unbeaten run and scored six times during December, including a double in each of the games against Thistle and Gers.
The 34-year-old's award comes just days after he launched a charity to help people suffering from mental health issues.
Sides in the top flight of Scottish football are currently on their winter break, with Kilmarnock returning to competitive action against Ross County in the Scottish Cup on Saturday.
Kilmarnock are next on Sky Sports on February 24 when they take on Hibernian, live on Sky Sports Football from 12:30pm.
