Hibernian boss Alan Stubbs insists he is fully focused on his job at Easter Road and has had no contact from Reading over their vacant manager's job.
Stubbs is understood to feature on the Royals' shortlist as they seek a replacement for Steve Clarke who was sacked by the Sky Bet Championship club last Friday.
However, the 44-year-old former Bolton and Everton defender, who has been in charge of Hibs since June 2014, has no plans to return to England at the present time.
Hibs are currently second in the Scottish Championship and Stubbs has been named Championship Manager of the Month for the second time in a row after guiding them to four league wins in four games in November as well as a League Cup victory over Dundee United.
He told Sky Sports News HQ: "When the team's winning players get linked to other clubs and it's the same with managers. As far as I am concerned it's speculation. I'm firmly focused on my job here and that will never change.
"If I keep winning games, then yes there may be speculation with other clubs, but the most important thing on my mind is winning games for Hibernian Football Club.
"Yes it's great to get the rewards, but the most important thing is that we are getting results on the pitch and you don't get these awards unless you are getting results on the pitch. So, from that point of view, we are really happy."
Hibs completed an awards double in November, which started with a 2-1 home victory over leaders Rangers, as midfielder John McGinn picked up the Player of the Month gong.
