Our friends at Football Whispers have scoured the European press to bring you the latest transfer news from across the continent.

Spain

Manchester United are considering launching a bid for Bayern Munich's Polish striker Robert Lewandowski, should Zlatan Ibrahimovic depart Old Trafford in the summer. However, the move will hinge on whether or not United secure Champions League football next season. (Don Balon)

Italian champions Juventus have made an offer for Real Madrid's Colombian forward James Rodriguez. The 25-year-old has been unable to break into Los Blancos' starting XI on a regular basis this season and is expected to leave the Bernabeu at the end of the season. (OK Diario)

Atletico Madrid's 19-year-old defender Theo Hernandez, currently on loan at Deportivo Alaves, is subject of interest from a number of top European clubs - including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Liverpool. The French starlet's contract has a €24m buy-out clause, and Real are thought to be leading the chase. (AS)

Italy

Tottenham Hotspur are planning on launching a double raid for Inter Milan midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia and defender Jeison Murillo, both 24. (Tutto Mercato)

Gabriel 'Gabigol' Barbosa, a target for both Arsenal and Liverpool, is considering his future at Inter Milan. The Brazilian only joined the Nerazzurri last summer in a €30m, but he has struggled for game time this season, making just seven substitute appearances in Serie A. (Calciomercato)

Everton are tracking Villarreal's 26-year-old defender Mateo Musacchio, with the Argentine entering the final 12 months of his contract with the La Liga side. Ronald Koeman is an admirer of the player, but it is thought AC Milan are leading the race for his signature. (Calciomercato)

Meanwhile, Milan are keen on signing the Toffees' 23-year-old winger Gerard Deulofeu on a permanent basis. The Spaniard is currently on loan with the Rosseneri. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

However, as many as 10 of AC Milan's current squad could be heading for the exit door this summer if the expected takeover of the club by Chinese entrepreneur Yonghong Li goes through, including Mattia De Sciglio, Mario Pasalic and Carlos Bacca. (Calcio)

Milan's current boss Vincenzo Montella may also be leaving the San Siro at the end of the season, with both Juventus and Roma considering the Italian should they require a replacement manager. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Germany

Hoffenheim are interested in Werder Bremen's 21-year-old winger Serge Gnabry. The former Arsenal man has impressed for Die Werderaner this season, scoring 10 goals in 22 Bundesliga appearances so far this term. (Sport Bild)

Meanwhile, Werder Bremen are eyeing a move for Rennes goalkeeper Benoit Costil. The 29-year-old stopper has impressed for the Ligue 1 outfit this season. (Sport Bild)

Manchester United target Kylian Mbappe has dropped the biggest hint yet that he's keen on a move to Paris Saint-Germain this summer. "Today, PSG is a big European club. They are an attractive club."

Portugal

Both Valencia and Inter Milan are interested in Benfica's Greek striker Kostas Mitroglou. The former Fulham hitman has scored 24 goals in all competitions for the Eagles this season. (Record)
