Jonny Evans has met up with the Northern Ireland national team despite being substituted because of illness during West Brom's defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday, Sky Sports News understands.
Evans, 30, was taken off during the Baggies' 2-1 defeat at the Vitality Stadium with the player said to have been still feeling the effects of the illness that forced him to miss the previous weekend's home defeat to Leicester City.
Northern Ireland host South Korea for the first time in an international friendly at Windsor Park on March 24.
West Brom captain Evans was one of four Albion players who admitted to breaking a club curfew while the team was on a training camp in Barcelona in February.
The 30-year-old was temporarily stripped of the captain's armband for West Brom's 2-1 defeat to Southampton in the FA Cup but was restored to the role by manager Alan Pardew following the loss.
Michael O'Neill's Northern Ireland moved up two places into 24th spot, leapfrogging the USA and Costa Rica in the latest FIFA world rankings despite their failure to qualify for the 2018 World Cup.
