Juventus are expected to hold talks with Bayern Munich over a fee for Douglas Costa next week, after agreeing personal terms with the player's agent, according to Sky in Italy.
It is understood Juve officials agreed a package of £5.3m (€6m) per year for the player in a meeting with Costa's agent in Turin on Tuesday.
Bayern are believed to want £44m (€50m) for the Brazil international winger, but Champions League finalists and Serie A winners Juve are only willing to pay a maximum of £39.6m (€45m).
A string of Premier League clubs have been reportedly interested in Costa including Manchester United and Liverpool.
The 26-year-old, who joined Bayern in a £21m deal from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2015, scored four goals in only 14 Bundesliga starts last season.
He is expected to leave the Allianz Arena having made 77 appearances for the club and scored 14 goals.
