Manchester City have long since wrapped up the Premier League title - but their hunger for records isn't satisfied yet.

Pep Guardiola's men passed another landmark with their 4-1 win over West Ham on Sunday, becoming the fastest team to 100 goals scored in a season in the modern era.

Here, we pick out other records City have smashed this season - and the ones they can still break...

RECORDS SMASHED

CONSECUTIVE PREMIER LEAGUE WINS

CITY TOTAL: 18

PREVIOUS RECORD: 13

PREVIOUS RECORD HOLDER: Chelsea

From Raheem Sterling's last-gasp winner at Bournemouth on August 26 until City's 0-0 draw at Crystal Palace on New Year's Eve, they won 18 Premier League games in a row, demolishing the 13-game record set by Chelsea in 2016/17. The streak also beat Arsenal's 14-game run of wins which was split across the end of the 2001/02 season and the start of 2002/03.

They have three games left to break it...

MOST AWAY WINS

CITY TOTAL: 15

CURRENT RECORD: 15

RECORD HOLDER: Chelsea (2004/05)

City's win at West Ham means they have won 15 of their 18 away fixtures, only dropping points at Crystal Palace, Liverpool and Burnley.

They've matched Jose Mourinho's Chelsea side of 2004/05 - and can hold the record outright if they win at Southampton on the final day.

RECORDS STILL TO BREAK

MOST POINTS

CITY TOTAL: 93

CURRENT RECORD: 95

RECORD HOLDER: Chelsea (2004/05)

The same Chelsea side also hold the record for most points in a season with 95. Again, City are on course to snatch this record from Mourinho's list of accolades.

In fact, Guardiola's side still have another nine points up for grabs - and the 100 point mark in their sights!

Under Guardiola's stewardship, City are now just one goal away from matching that tally, with three games to play. It will surely be another record to fall their way...

City's big win at West Ham has taken them to +76, giving them plenty of slipping room over their final three fixtures.
