Partick Thistle sign defender Ziggy Gordon from Hamilton

Partick Thistle have signed Ziggy Gordon after the defender turned down the offer of a new contract with Scottish Premiership rivals Hamilton.
The 23-year-old, who made over 150 appearances for Accies, has agreed terms on a one-year contract at Firhill.
Gordon can play at right-back or in central defence, giving Thistle much-needed options after Gary Miller left for Plymouth and Mustapha Dumbuya suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon.
Jags manager Alan Archibald told Thistle's official website: "It's great to bring Ziggy to the club.
"He has a wealth of experience at Premiership level and I'm sure he'll be a great addition to the squad for the season ahead."
