WATCH: TOTTENHAM 5-4 LEICESTER
TOTTENHAM 5-4 LEICESTER
90+6: FULL-TIME! A breathless encounter is at an end, Harry Kane has his double but no golden boot, and Spurs finish third after a game their forward line will remember for a long time, but their defenders will want to forget.
Leicester played their part and certainly didn't look a team not playing for Claude Puel, but football is a strange one, isn't it, so heaven knows how the landscape will have changed by the time we kick-off again in August.
90+3: SAVE! Diabate sneaks in behind the Spurs defence from another well-placed long ball over the top, but Lloris is over to cover and takes both ball and man comfortably.
90: YELLOW! Silva works his way into the book for dissent to Craig Pawson, after complaining that Leicester don't win a free-kick.
88: CLOSE! Rose still hasn't remembered he's a full-back by trade - he's missing again as Leicester work the ball to the right and Mahrez. He cuts inside, looks to go for goal but is held up by Dier, who plays it off the Leicester man and behind for a goal kick.
87: CHANCE! Rose gets beyond Choudhury yet again, plays the ball into the middle for Kane and with his eyes lighting up, he misses the ball entirely and Leicester clear.
85: SUB! Barnes is on for the visitors, replacing goalscorer Iheanacho. Perhaps Claude Puel just looking to blood in the future rather than look for the points now.
84: MISS! Kane bends the ball ovre the bar from 20 yards, it's not even close that one. That's probably the very, very outside chance of the Golden Boot gone.
TOTTENHAM 5-4 LEICESTER
84: SUB! Before the free-kick is taken, Sissoko heads off with Son taking his place.
83: YELLOW! Rose gets inside of Chouhury far too easily, and the youngster, not a defender by trade, brings him to the floor. Free-kick righton the edge of the box. Surely Kane will fancy this...
82: Spurs are finally looking a little assured out of possession, and still dangerous in it. They come close to finding Kane again off the left but Maguire is the happy recipient of the ball this time, booting it clear to safety.
77: SUB! Sanchez, who wasn't even named in the squad at 2pm, is on for Lamela. Not that that is anything like the most unusual thing to happen this afternoon. 3-5-2 for Spurs, and perhaps some defending to follow.
GOAL! TOTTENHAM 5-4 LEICESTER (Kane 76)
This is the most ridiculous game I have ever watched. Spurs go straight back on the attack, Kane attacks the ball from deep, it's given to him on the left just outside the box, he cuts inside, looks up and bends it in the far corner. Back in the Golden Boot race? With this game anything's possible.
TOTTENHAM 4-4 LEICESTER
75: SUB! Alli is on for Moura for the final 15 minutes.
TOTTENHAM 4-4 LEICESTER (Vardy 73)
They're at it again! A Spurs attack breaks down when Kane, being unusually selfish, is so desperate to win the ball back in the Leicester box he fouls Maguire. Leicester look forward quickly, Diabate times his pass forward to Vardy perfectly and from the left he fires high beyond Lloris at his near post.
TOTTENHAM 4-3 LEICESTER
72: NO PENALTY! Silva catches Rose as the Spurs man is played in on the overlap, a clumsy challenge ending with the Leicester midfielder clattering to the floor and bringing Rose down with him, although the Spurs man made the most of it. It looked like a penalty, but Craig Pawson was not interested.
71: MISS! Eriksen receives a short corner from Moura, strolls into the middle towards the 18-yard box and shoots from just outside it, missing the near post by a couple of yards.
70: CHANCE! More horrendous defending from Tottenham. They do well to block Diabate's path on the edge of the area, but the loose ball squirms away to Mahrez, who shoots into the body of Lloris and the Spurs goalkeeper is pretty grateful for the chance to hold his effort.
68: BLOCK! Eriksen delivers a free-kick from the left, it's flicked goalwards and blocked on the line before Alderweireld picks up the rebound, goes for goal - that's his third shot of the afternoon - and is off-target.
65: SAVE! Seven goals, and there's still more goals in this one. Mahrez gets free down the right, Rose is nowhere to be seen, he pulls the ball back for Iheanacho and just as we're waiting for the latest twist in this maddening tale, Lloris dives to his left to keep the ball out, and pounces on the rebound before Mahrez can profit.
TOTTENHAM 4-3 LEICESTER
61: SUBS! Choudhury is on for Simpson. The right-back wasn't having a great time of it in this half, but he'd been pretty good before half-time.
Gray, who had a nightmare for that fourth goal, is also hooked with Diabate taking his place.
GOAL! TOTTENHAM 4-3 LEICESTER (Lamela 60)
There's no surprises in this game. Expect the unexpected. Spurs are in front. Walker-Peters gets to the edge of the box, beats Gray with ease and pulls the ball across for Lamela who is unmarked to double his money for the day.
TOTTENHAM 3-3 LEICESTER
55: CLOSE! Will Spurs ever learn how to defend?! A free-kick is launched into the hosts box, falls for Maguire who is left unmarked for the umpteenth time, and he lashes a half-volley into the side netting when it looked like he might put the visitors ahead again.
GOAL! TOTTENHAM 3-3 LEICESTER (Fuchs OG 53)
Stop it. Just stop it, this is ridiculous. Spurs are level, as Rose drifts in off the left, finds Moura who goes for a bizarre back-heel, the loose ball falls for Lamela, he stumbles, hits a shot which deflects off Maguire and then Fuchs' knee, and brings us back to parity. This could be any score.
WATCH: IHEANACHO SMACKS IN THIRD
GOAL! TOTTENHAM 2-3 LEICESTER (Lamela 49)
What on earth is going on in this game? Straight from the kick-off Spurs attack, and get themselves back within a goal when Walker-Peters' cross from the right is turned in from close-range by Lamela, who is JUST in-line. A close call and back to being a close game, but with Spurs' sieve of a defence anything could happen next.
GOAL! TOTTENHAM 1-3 LEICESTER (Iheanacho 48)
We were all expecting a Spurs revival, but it's Leicester who strike again! Dier misjudges a ball forwards, nods it short to the Nigerian and he holds off Wanyama before crashing the ball beyond Lloris from 25 yards.
TOTTENHAM 1-2 LEICESTER
46: KICK-OFF! Leicester get us underway for the final 45 minutes of the season.
HALF-TIME TALKING POINTS
TOTTENHAM 1-2 LEICESTER
45+3: HALF-TIME! So a moment for us to catch our collective breath after a half which began at breakneck speed, with three goals in the opening 16 minutes. The fact two of them were Leicester's will leave Mauricio Pochettino fuming at the break, and Spurs need to improve if they aren't to finish fourth.
45+1: Fuches is close to winning a corner for Leicester, crossing from the byline on the left but it just stays in play, before the ball comes back to the Austrian and he fires another delivery behind. Radar a bit off.
44: BLOCK! Another strong piece of defending from Leicester. Moura turns inside off the left, takes aim from 25 yards and Morgan slides in to thwart the attack.
41: BLOCK! Maguire, take a bow my friend. Sissoko looks certain to level up as he steals a yard on the defender inside the Leicester box, but he's there again with an oak tree of a leg to block the ball away, and even clear up before it goes behind. Superb.
39: CHANCE! Maguire is again the target from a Leicester corner, but can't divert his header goalwards this time - he's showing just how poor Spurs have been from set-pieces so far.
38: CHANCE! Eriksen's crossing has been superb. He gets the ball on the left, looks into the six-yard box and Jakupovic palms it away, straight to Kane who is ready to put himself back in the Golden Boot running but Maguire slides in to clear behind for another corner. Brilliant tackle.
35: Leicester win a free-kick in midfield, ping it out to Fuchs on the left and when he's tackled, wins it back before Spurs clear. Moura then slips in midfield, allowing Leicester to find Vardy yet again, and he misses by a good five yards.
33: Moura's poor pass across midfield is cut out, and straight away Vardy is on the run. Alderweireld slides in to block his path with a perfectly timed slide-tackle, but Spurs are playing with fire if they keep on like this.
30: Salah has scored for Liverpool, and is back to being three ahead in the scoring charts and the race for the Golden Boot. Time is slipping away for Kane, despite matching his tally for the last campaign - which was enough to earn him the gong.
29: CORNER! Leicester exploit Jamie Vardy's pace well again, he just keeps the ball in on the byline, looks into the middle and Dier can't take any chances, blocking it out for a corner. Mahrez's delivery is good again, Maguire rises to meet it and nods the ball into Lloris' arms.
28: Lloris has had his fair share of criticism in recent weeks but he's responded well and catches a decent cross from Mahrez pretty well, after the Algerian had beaten Rose on the right and swung the ball in. Leicester looking the more likely at the moment.
26: MISS! You'd be hard-pressed to work out what's worse out of Tottenham's defending or this miss from Maguire. Mahrez's corner lands at his feet when he's left unmarked and peels off at the back post, but he fluffs his lines, gets his feet wound up and knocks it behind.
25: SAVE! Leicester look like the team that won the Premier League two years ago right now. Vardy breaks, Gray sprints to follow him and looks certain to double Leicester's lead, but is denied by a wonderful save by Lloris up to his left.
23: CHANCE! Eriksen fires the set play into the near post, Dier catches it well with a glancing header and Jakupovic punches away.
23: Eriksen stands the ball up towards the far post, Rose is waiting for it and Simpson takes some solid evasive action to nod it behind for a corner.
21: Jakupovic's long goal kick cuts out Rose, who tries to head it clear, reaches Vardy who squirms away from Dier, but is thwarted when the latter recovers to smack the bouncing ball clear.
WATCH: MAHREZ RESTORES LEAD
19: We know Wanyama can hit it from distance, but with the ball trundling towards him 30 yards out he can't get the power, nor height, to test Jakupovic and hits a weak shot comfortably wide.
GOAL! TOTTENHAM 1-2 LEICESTER (Mahrez 16)
Leicester attack again, Alderweireld takes the ball off of Vardy's boot when it's played into him on the edge of the box, the loose ball falls for Mahrez and he lashes it first-time into the bottom corner beyond a helpless Lloris. Who said these two have nothing to play for?
TOTTENHAM 1-1 LEICESTER
15: Walker-Peters robs the ball from Fuchs, gets to the byline and gets the ball into a good area, where Simpson copes with it well against Moura. After that slow start, the young Spurs right-back has played well.
