Alan Judge is growing increasingly angry about his treatment at the hands of Brentford, Sky sources understand.
The 27-year-old attacker has been the subject of two failed bids in the current transfer window, one from Sheffield Wednesday and the other from Burnley, because they fell short of his £8m valuation.
The Bees previously indicated they would like to give Judge a new contract, with 18 months left to run on his current deal. But the club are now refusing to discuss new terms in line with the market value they have set.
Brentford are also refusing to budge on their asking price and Judge is concerned that he could also be priced out of a move in the summer, with what he feels is an excessive valuation on his head.
Despite the disappointment of seeing those bids rejected and the uncertainty over his future, Judge has continued to star for the side while team-mate James Tarkowski has refused to play.
Judge, who was recently called up to the Republic of Ireland squad and wants to take part in this summer's European Championships, scored in the 3-1 win at Preston on Saturday and is the club's top-scorer.
The futures of Judge and Tarkowski, who has been the subject of a rejected bid from Burnley, have been increasingly uncertain as the window has progressed.
