Tony Adams has been finding some unusual ways to get his messages across to his Granada players after taking over as manager this week

Tony Adams has wasted no time in getting down to business at Granada – but his training methods may have left some of his new players a little confused…

The former Arsenal and England captain was appointed as Granada's interim manager on Monday on a deal until the end of the season following the sacking of Lucas Alcaraz.

Granada currently sit in 19th place in La Liga with 20 points from 31 games, seven points adrift from safety with seven games remaining.

Adams revealed at his media conference earlier this week that he would attempt to liven up training and, if this footage is anything to go by, he certainly has!

The 50-year-old begins his bid to maintain Granada's top-flight status when his side host Celta Vigo on Sunday, live on Sky Sports 1 HD from 7.40pm.
