Donnelly exits QPR

Scott Donnelly has had his QPR contract terminated by mutual consent.

Scott Donnelly has had his Queens Park Rangers contract terminated by mutual consent.

The midfielder signed his first professional contract when he inked an 18-month deal with QPR last February.

However, he has not been able to break into the side since John Gregory took over as manager from Gary Waddock in September.

He has made just one appearance in the last four months and has agreed with the club that it would be in his best interests to look for a fresh start elsewhere.

Donnelly came through QPR's youth system and made his first-team debut as a 16-year-old in October 2004.
