The Gunners are in need of a cover shot-stopper after Rami Shaaban broke his leg and have been linked with countless keepers in Europe, including Penneteau.
"I hear a lot of things but at the moment I have had no contact," Penneteau told L'Equipe.
"It is flattering to hear great clubs are following you, but it doesn't prevent me from being concentrated on the next match.
"There is nothing destabilising."
The French Under-21 international has a contract at Bastia until 2005 and is valued at circa é¼6 million.
Marseille and Lens are also said to be interested in acquiring his services after his stellar displays in the French top-flght this season.
