Hulse snubbed a move to Cardiff City last week, while West Bromwich Albion have had an undisclosed bid rejected by the Gresty Road outfit, and Norwich City have also made a written offer.
But Gradi revealed that neither Everton, or any top-flight club had contacted the club about the forward.
"No Premier League club has come in so I don't think he's going to get the move he wants," revealed Gradi.
