Reading boss Steve Coppell has revealed he may need to offload winger John Oster.The Wales international has become unsettled since arriving at The Madejski Stadium in the summer.
The 26-year-old has yet to play in The Championship for the Berkshire outfit, with his only appearances coming in the Carling Cup this season.
The former Grimsby Town, Everton, Sunderland, Leeds United and Burnley man has been critical of Coppell for overlooking him in his selections.
Coppell, however, has warned he will not tolerate any more dissent from Oster and that his Reading future is in the balance.
"John is unhappy because he wants to play, but it's how you go about showing that frustration, which is the critical factor," Coppell said.
"As soon as anyone starts to become unsettling, in all honesty, they have to go.
"We just can't have that sort of behaviour filtering through the dressing room."
