Wingers sign on for Wolves

Wolves have signed Michael McIndoe and Michael Kightly on permanent deals.

Wolves have clinched the signings of Michael McIndoe and Michael Kightly on permanent deals.

McIndoe joined Wolves on loan from Barnsley in November and has impressed Mick McCarthy sufficiently to be offered a long-term contract.

Fellow winger Kightly, who moved to Wolves from Conference side Grays Athletic in November, has also done enough to earn a deal.

Kightly's impact at Molineux has been so great that he was even linked with a move to Manchester United over the weekend, but McCarthy has moved quickly to secure his services.

Both players have signed on until June 2009, with Wolves buying McIndoe from Barnsley for £250,000 and paying a nominal fee to Grays for Kightly.
