Northampton boss Colin Calderwood has handed trials to three players.

Michael Poke, Steve Haslam and David Bridges have all been brought to the club and will be given the chance to impress.

The trio featured for the reserves on Tuesday, a 0-0 draw with Gillingham's second string.

Goalkeeper Poke is on the books of Southampton but is seemingly available for transfer.

Bridges has been without a club since leaving Cambridge last season, while Haslam is attached to Halifax but could make the move to Northampton if impressing this week.
