Nottingham Forest beat Huddersfield Town 2-1 to start their season in League One.A late strike by substitute David Johnson gave Nottingham Forest a positive start to life in League One with a 2-1 win over Huddersfield Town.
Gary Megson's side are keen to bounce back to The Championship and will buoyed by having taken three points against one of the division's promotion favourites.
Forest took a one-goal lead into the break after Scott Dobie converted his own rebound to an initial close range effort on the stroke of half time.
Peter Jackson's side drew level on 67 minutes when the prolific Pawel Abbott converted from the penalty spot but Johnson came off the bench to strike Forest's winner with three minutes remaining.
Chesterfield lead the table after the opening set of matches after coming from a goal down to defeat Blackpool 3-1 at Bloomfield Road.
