Robins late show stuns Owls

Three goals in the last 12 minutes helped Swindon to a 3-2 win over Sheff Wed.

Three goals in the last 12 minutes helped Swindon to a 3-2 win over Sheffield Wednesday.

The Owls looked to be cruising to three points at The County Ground when taking a two-goal lead, but The Robins fought back to claim three points which moves them on to the fringes of the play-off places.

Lee Bullen fired Wednesday ahead on four minutes and the points appeared to be in the bag when Steven Maclean netted just after the hour.

However, Brian Howard started the fightback before Sam Parkin drew Swindon level four minutes from time.

Swindon were by now rampant and Rory Fallon capped an amazing comeback with a headed winner two minutes from time.
