Leeds United striker Rob Hulse is dreaming of scoring a wonder goal against Watford in Sunday's Championship play-off final.The former Crewe Alexandra and West Bromwich Albion hit-man will hope to make that a reality when The Whites aim for a return to The Premiership at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.
The Elland Road club are keen to end their two-year stint in The Championship by seeing off Adrian Boothroyd's Hornets after Hulse orchestrated Leeds' passage into the final during the semi-final triumph over Preston North End.
The 26-year-old would like to copy Steven Gerrard's long-range strike from last Saturday's FA Cup win against West Ham United, with visualisation being part of the striker's preparation plans.
"I've dreamed about scoring on Sunday," Hulse told The Sun.
"It's a 40-yard screamer like Stevie G's against West Ham. He's a legend and it would be fantastic to do that.
"I do like to visualise goals, but it's not something I do every night - I do have a life you know!"
Hulse stated that he has put his difficult spell with The Baggies behind him and determined to carry on his career with Leeds.
"At the time it hurt and I couldn't quite understand what had gone on," he added.
"But I'm over it and I'm going to ply my trade and get to the highest level I can."
