Southend have completed the signing of Matt Harrold from Yeovil.
Southend have completed the signing of Matt Harrold from Yeovil.The 22-year-old striker has put pen-to-paper on a three-year deal with The Shrimpers for an undisclosed fee.
Harrold started his career at Southend as part of their academy but was released in 2002.
Since then he has enjoyed spells at Brentford and Grimsby, before transferring to Huish Park last summer.
His only goal so far this season came in the 5-2 Carling Cup loss to Southampton.
