Feyenoord coach Ruud Gullit has informed Snoyl he would like to send him out on loan in a bid to build his experience and Kinnear's side could well hand him a temporary home.
After clubs in De Eredivisie failed to express interest in the defender, Gullit sent his name around Europe and Forest will take a look at him in a trial.
Snoyl is likely to be given a week to impress and a loan deal could be concluded if he comes up to standard at The City Ground.
