Defender Mark Albrighton and midfielder Ricky Ravenhill have extended their deals for another year, as manager Dave Penney's side prepare for life in Division Two next season.
The pair will be joined in pre-season by striker Adebayo Akinfenwa, as Donny have drawn up their retained list following the season's end.
Defender Chris Beech and striker Robert Gill have been transfer-listed by the club while Jamie Paterson, Rob O'Brien, Steve Burton and Barry Richardson have all been released by the South Yorkshire outfit.
