The Gulls forward has been selected for his country's World Cup qualifier against Guyana on March 14th.
Torquay boss Leroy Rosenior was delighted for his charge and insisted Bedeau had earned his chance.
"It's a great honour to be asked to play at international level and Tony has worked hard this season to prove himself and has clearly caught the eye of someone connected to Grenada," Rosenior told the club's official website.
