PSG have signed Cristian Rodriguez and Carlos Bueno.
Paris Saint Germain have completed the signing of Uruguayan duo Cristian Rodriguez and Carlos Bueno from Penarol.PSG have moved to snap up the pair - beating off interest from Real Madrid in 19-year-old midfielder Rodriguez.
"He can play in any position across midfield and we have been following him for 18 months," confirmed director Jean-Michel Moutier.
The arrival of 25-year-old forward Bueno is believed to signal the end of the club's interest in Roque Santa Cruz.
There are still question marks over the players - who have joined as free agents - despite assertions from Penarol that they should receive transfer fees.
Fifa is set to investigate the pair - who were left on the sidelines for four months by their Uruguayan side for refusing to agree contract extensions.
Meanwhile Fabrice Pancrate could remain at PSG despite interest from Manchester City and Auxerre.
"If Fabrice stays it wouldn't be any trouble," confirmed Moutier.
