Sedan have suffered a huge blow after it was confirmed Stephane Noro would be out for six months.The playmaker clashed with Paris Saint German's Pierre-Alain Frau at the weekend and he sustained knee ligament damage.
Specialists have now confirmed that surgery is required and he is not expected to be fit again for six months.
Sedan have also confirmed that midfielder Abdelnasser Ouadah needs surgery.
The club will now look to use their transfer joker to bolster their midfield as soon as possible.
