Mallorca seal Jankovic deal

Serbia's Under-21 international Bosko Jankovic has completed his move to Mallorca.

Serbia & Montenegro's Under-21 international Bosko Jankovic has completed his move to Real Mallorca on a long-term deal.

The 22-year-old midfielder has signed a five-year contract in Spain at the Ono Estadi.

His last game for Crvena Zvezda came in the Serbian capital on Tuesday night in the club's 2-1 defeat to Milan.

The Belgrade giants were knocked out of the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League as a result of the tie, and the prospects now look even more bleak.

"We are forced to sell our players because our financial situation is not rosy," club president Dragan Stojkovic revealed.

Jankovic has earned a total of 14 caps for the country's youngsters and should now step up to the full national side, should his career develop as anticipated.
