The Chilean international was linked with a switch to Inter during the January transfer window, but the move failed to materialise.
The skilful midfielder's future has been subject of intense speculation since last summer with Lazio close to signing him, but he signed a new deal to keep him at Udinese until 2007 last month.
Pizarro, who starred in Udinese's shock win at Inter over the weekend, admitted he would be honoured to play for such a side as the Nerazzurri.
"Yes, I still dream of Inter," Pizarro told the Corriere dello Sport.
"It's true that I've just signed a contract extension with Udinese until 2007, but everyone would dream to come to play in such a big team.
"Last summer I had been close to going to either Lazio and to Inter too"
