Serie A round-up

Juventus' charge towards the title suffered a rare blip after a 1-1 draw at Lazio.

Juventus' charge towards a successful title defence suffered a rare blip after a 1-1 draw at Lazio.

The reigning champions had won 14 of their previous 15 Serie A games this season as they made the trip to the Italian capital.

But Fabio Capello's men had to content themselves with a point after finding Lazio in stubborn mood.

Lazio took the lead on 16 minutes through Tommaso Rocchi, with Juve equalising 10 minutes later through top scorer David Trezeguet.

Treviso moved off the bottom of Serie A after beating Lecce 2-1 at home.

The strugglers recorded just their second league win of the campaign as they hung on against ten-man Lecce.

The hosts took the lead on 31 minutes through Emanuele Filippini and grabbed the decisive goal on 64 minutes via Pinga.

Mirko Vucinic's penalty five minutes later gave Lecce hope, although they finished with ten men when goalkeeper Vincenzo Sicignano sent off.
