Oddo targets new deal

Massimo Oddo has vowed to remain loyal to Lazio, but wants a new deal.

Lazio captain Massimo Oddo has vowed to remain loyal to the club, provided he is made a suitable contract offer.

The 30-year-old has hinted that he wants to see out the remainder of his career in the Eternal City, but is looking for the Lazio paymasters to match his demands.

"I'd like to remain here, but it's true that I am 30 and it is probably going to be my last contract," Oddo told Sky Italia.

"I am ready to go forward with the club, but they must be right with me. I want an important contract.

"If it is up to me, I will stay at Lazio 100 per cent."

Milan are believed to be watching the developments closely, as they are rumoured to be keen on landing Oddo.
