Yakin joined Stuttgart from Basel for ‚é¼2.5 million in the winter of last year but has failed to make the grade at the Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion either under previous coach Felix Magath or current boss Matthias Sammer.
Recent proposed moves to Swiss outfit Sion and Argentinian giants Boca Juniors both fell through but it now looks likely that Yakin will be able to attempt to resurrect his career in Turkey.
The two clubs have concurred on a loan deal until the end of the season, with the option of a permanent arrangement if Yakin proves to be a success in Turkey.
