Volendam forward Tuyp and defender Saeijs of ADO Den Haag had been put forward as potential summer signings for the Kuip club.
Feyenoord are looking to re-shape their squad, with Ruud Gullit due to take control of team affairs in the summer, but it would appear a change of heart will be needed for either to secure a move to Rotterdam.
"The board of Feyenoord report that there hasn't been any contact with the players and that there will be no contact in the future," said a statement on the club's website.
Saeijs has returned to the ADO team in recent weeks, having been beset by problems earlier in the campaign, and the 25-year-old's performances have caught the eye.
Tuyp (pictured) has also impressed for Volendam and Holland's Under-21s, but has fallen out of favour in recent weeks under interim coach Johan Steur.
