Feyenoord have snapped up youngster Santi Kolk on a two-year deal and immediately shipped him out to feeder club Excelsior.

The 22-year-old, who has the option of extending his Kuip stay for an additional two-years, will plug the gap on the right wing for Excelsior.

The Gouden Gids had been searching for a wide man out right some time and have now got their hands on Kolk.

Kolk burst onto the scene in 1999/2000 with ADO Den Haag before joining Heerenveen, who had qualified for the UEFA Champions League.

However, Kolk failed to secure regular football with Heerenveen and made brief loan moves back to Den Haag, RKC Waalwijk and Den Bosch.

Kolk has joined Feyenoord on a free transfer after buying out the remainder of his contract at Heerenveen.
