Serie A club Torino are interested in signing Everton's Bosnian midfielder Muhamed Besic, according to Sky sources.

The 25-year-old has made just eight appearances this season with only two coming in the Premier League.

Besic arrived at Goodison Park from Hungarian side Ferencvaros in 2014 for £4 million, enduring a frustrating time at the Merseyside club, having made just 37 appearances since his arrival.

If he moves to Torino, Besic would work under former Watford manager Walter Mazzarri, who took charge earlier this month.
