Chancel Mbemba turned heads when he turned up for his Newcastle home debut in a tuxedo and Florian Thauvin - quite literally - followed suit on Saturday.
Thauvin has already endeared himself himself to fans by netting just minutes into his Newcastle debut - a midweek 4-1 Capital One Cup win over Northampton.
But he was keen to turn on the style off the pitch ahead of his Premier League bow against Arsenal.
The Marseille arrival smiled for the cameras as he strode along the St James' Park touchline wearing Mbemba-style evening gear complete with dickie bow.
Mbema made a memorable entrance three weeks ago when he arrived for his home debut against Southampton dressed for dinner.
"Every player needs to look smart before the game, we were told," Mbemba later said. "I have seen that picture, pretending I'm James Bond, but that wasn't the reason why I did it. I did it because the manager said, 'Look sharp on match days' — so I did!"
Seems the defender has set quite the trend on Tyneside...
