Bamford, 22, is yet to make a first-team appearance for Chelsea after joining them from Nottingham Forest in January 2012.

The Blues sent him out on loan to fellow Premier League clubs Crystal Palace and Norwich City last season although he struggled to secure a starting spot with both clubs.
