Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho and his players took a pre-match stroll around the Friends Arena pitch ahead of Wednesday's Europa League final against Ajax.

Mourinho and his squad took in the 50,000-seater stadium in a brief outing onto the pitch, with the recently injured Marouane Fellaini, Antonio Valencia and Chris Smalling all present.

United will clinch qualification for next season's Champions League if they win the Europa League for the first time with victory over Ajax.

Mourinho did not hold a pre-match media conference ahead of the match in Stockholm as a mark of respect for the victims of Monday's terrorist attack at Manchester Arena, which left 22 people dead and 59 injured.

The United squad had earlier come together at Carrington to observe a minute's silence in memory of the victims before flying out to the Swedish capital.
