Ruben Loftus-Cheek will undergo a medical at Crystal Palace on Tuesday ahead of his season-long loan from Chelsea.
The 21-year-old midfielder is set to become Palace's first new arrival since Frank De Boer was confirmed as the club's new boss last month.
Loftus-Cheek made 11 appearances last season, but all six of his Premier League outings came from the bench.
And Chelsea boss Antonio Conte wants the England U21 international to gain more experience at a Premier League club.
The deal is expected to go through in the next 24 hours.
