Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung admits he feels like his season is only just starting following a spell out injured.
The South Korea international's start in Saturday's 1-0 home defeat by Aston Villa was his first appearance in the Premier League in almost three months.
Park has been restricted to just nine outings in total for United this season after missing several weeks with a knee injury suffered on a flight back from the Far East in October.
He has established himself as a valuable squad member for the Red Devils in recent seasons and is eager to play his part in the quest for more silverware.
Difficult
"It is difficult being injured because you feel you are not doing anything to help the team," Park told
United Review. "When you play you feel more a part of the side.
"This time I have missed five or six weeks because of my knee injury, but the team is still competing for four trophies, which is the main thing.
"Now it feels like the start of the season all over again and what matters is what happens from now."
Meanwhile, Asia's player of the year does not feel United have adjusted too badly following the world record £80million sale of Cristiano Ronaldo to Real Madrid.
Amazing
Despite their latest setback, they are in the hunt for a record fourth consecutive title, while an FA Cup third-round tie with Leeds starts another attempt to win the one trophy Park has still to get his hands on.
"Ronaldo was a big part of the team," said Park. "He scored a lot of goals, but we have built another team now and we have to play to our strengths.
"I know I want to help the team win as much as possible, starting with the title.
"It would be amazing to win four in a row, just as it would be to reach a third Champions League final.
"But the FA Cup is the one I haven't won yet, so I want that as well."
