Steve Bruce has confirmed he will be looking to sign German star Kevin Kuranyi on a Bosman deal in the summer.

Steve Bruce has confirmed he will be looking to sign German star Kevin Kuranyi on a Bosman deal in the summer.
Bruce had held talks to try and land the Schalke star, who is out of contract in the summer, during this month's transfer window.
Kuranyi, also linked with Chelsea, has now stated that he will be staying at Schalke until the end of the season.
And Bruce admits it is little surprise that Kuranyi is waiting until the summer to leave, although he expects a lot of competition.
"I think he'll wait to be a Bosman," said Bruce. "I genuinely believe that. We're interested, but that's all.
"There's going to be 50 clubs I would have thought who will be interested too.
"If you were him, would you come out now when you're a Bosman in four months?"
