Nerazzurri ace should be fit for Champions League final

Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder has played down fears that he could miss the UEFA Champions League final. The Dutch ace limped off with a leg injury in Inter's 1-0 Coppa Italia victory against Roma on Wednesday night, sparking fears he could miss the crunch clash with Bayern Munich later in the month. He was withdrawn after just five minutes at the Stadio Olimpico but is not overly concerned that the knock will sideline him for too long. "I got a kick on my leg and some blood came out, but I feel better now," he said. "I can walk on it so we will see what happens." Inter's win against the Giallorossi means they are still on course for a remarkable treble, as they currently top Serie A as well. Sneijder was pleased with his first piece of silverware in Italy but hopes to add to it before the end of the season. "I'm very happy about my first title in Italy," he added. "We can take two more this year and we have to go for it, but the most important one is the first one and now we have to keep focused and win two more titles. "Madrid is two-and-a-half weeks away, so first we will win the league and then we will look forward to the Champions League title."
