Marco Borriello's agent has played down reports linking the AC Milan striker with a move to Manchester United.
Recent reports have suggested United were weighing up a move for the Italia international for next season.
Borriello's agent, Tiberio Cavalleri, admits it is flattering for his client to be linked with United, but insists he has had no contact with the English side.
"I too read this story about Manchester United and these things are always pleasing," Cavalleri told Calciomercato.it.
"The fact he is considered overseas to be an ideal partner for someone like Wayne Rooney is further proof of how well he has done this season with Milan.
"Having said that, I have had no concrete information or official news on this matter, so at the moment it remains just rumours. Later on, we'll see."
